secureNSW is a counter terrorism information service provided by the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet and NSW Police Force for members of the public within New South Wales (NSW), Australia. The service is not intended for locations outside NSW.
Strict conditions apply to the use of secureNSW and are set out in these Terms, and in the Privacy and Copyright & Disclaimer on this website, and in other notices that may appear when you access particular material.

The NSW Government* reserves the right to modify, alter or update these notices at any time, without notice. By accessing or using any part of this website you indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of all notices on this website, as they appear whenever you access or use this website.

No misuse of this website
You must not make any spurious, malicious or fradulent use or any other misuse of this website.
You must not introduce any virus, worm, Trojan Horse or any other computer software or do anything else that is intended or designed to:
- permit unauthorised access to or use of the secureNSW website or any NSW Government computer systems
- disable, damage, erase, disrupt or impair the normal operation of the secureNSW website or of any other software, data or hardware comprising any NSW Government computer systems
The NSW Government reserves the right to review, block or reject any communication in connection with this website that it considers to be in breach of the conditions of use of this website, or otherwise unlawful or unacceptable.

The terms and conditions governing use of this website (see Terms, Privacy, Copyright & Disclaimer and other notices on this website) shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws in force in the State of New South Wales, Australia.
*NSW Government in the context of these Conditions refers to the State of NSW, and includes its Ministers, the NSW Police Force, its Commissioner and its members, employees, agents and contractors, and the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet and its employees, agents and contractors.
