Prevention
New South Wales (NSW) has an established intelligence capability which, with assistance from the Commonwealth and other states and territories, has successfully identified people engaging in terrorism.
We can all play a part in the prevention of terrorism. If you see something, say something.
There are various ways of providing information which could be vital to police and other law enforcement agencies:
- Call the National Security Hotline on 1800 123 400 if your information is related to security or terrorism
- Call Crime Stoppers (1800 333 000) if your information is related to other criminal or suspicious activity
